You can only book with breakfast included which I did. We boooked the hotel on the website of the hotel.

When I finally arrived with a local driver the reception at least gave us a bigger villa. Their logistics services are also extremely expensive.
Very bad experience to wait one hour for a car that did not show up. I called again but the hotel did not help at all. Half an hour later and still nobody showed up. I then called and they said the driver is at the airport. The booking was confirmed but nobody showed up at the airport. Upsdie: Great location Nice villas Good food in the restaurant Downside: I booked an airport transfer and wrote an Email again one day before we arrived. We stayed in Habitas Al Ula in April 2023. 90min would have been enough time to enjoy my breakfast at the hotel! Long story short, it was nice to stay at this beautiful place but I would not at all recommend this resort to friends, family or fellow traveler.… Furthermore, they schedule the car transfers so early, that you have to wait for 90min at a place called "Winterpark" where most of the tours start. People are travelling to the same "meeting-points" for their excursions or to airports! What is "eco-friendly" when booking for every single traveler a big car, instead of just providing shuttle cars? Well obviously money is the reason, but then please don't call your resort "eco-friendly". Otherwise you're stuck on (overpriced) hotel cars - and I still don't get it! This resort claims to be "eco-friendly". When planning to stay at this resort, you need to get a rental car. The staff, specially at the front desk needs a lot more of education in hospitality and customer service to meet the standards, to justify the high prices. 😡 What I found was unfortunately the worst service I ever experienced in a hotel around this price range. Habitas, known for its bohemian resorts in Tulum (Mexico) and Namibia, set the expectations of any luxury traveler very high. 😍 Habitas al-'Ula set right in the heart of the protected Ashar Valley - an etheral, otherworldly landscape of soaring rock formations and endless desert plains - is one of the most beautiful places I've seen so far. This post was quite difficult for me to write, because I was looking so much forward to this stay. They provide drivers to access different parts of the resort. They greeted us with water, coffee, tea and upmost care and kind hospitality. Everything from the checkin and welcome staff and service was top notch. This is an exceptional resort experience.
