Poor customer service and not worth the terrible experience. The Koons GM Corner dealership acted liked they did not care about selling a vehicle. We saw the girl going into the dealership with a different person. Well about another 20 minutes went by and she did not return. She stated she was not a sales rep and was going to go get one. We watch this girl go all over the lots for about another 20 minutes just pushing the unlock button on the remote. We showed her a picture of the Honda CR-V and she stated she would find the vehicle. Some girl came out and asked if she could help. We walked around the lots for about 20 minutes and could not locate the Honda CR-V on the listing. Arrived after about a 50 minute drive to look a the Honda CR-V. Went to look at a vehicle that was verified by e-mail to be on the lot. Arrived for appointment to find the sales manager I had been dealing with was "off today" and then found out the vehicle he had confirmed available was not even there. Confirmed the appointment and availability of the vehicle one last time this morning before taking time off work and driving 3 hours round trip for this appointment. Made and appointment with a sales manager to see the vehicle.
