Regular interaction with engineering, procurement, planning, and production.Working closely with project managers, complete project updates with analysis of Critical Path based on material and production capacity, scope and resource impacts, and ensuring accuracy of project schedules.Development of MS project templates and publishing schedules to Salesforce project pages.Responsible for creating and maintaining multiple project schedules and completing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.Publish project schedules, actions and milestones for the entire Order to Start-up project lifecycle.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.Demonstrates and promotes the company vision of the 4 Is: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.This position will reside within Program Management Office and will report to SUT Program Manager. Coordination activities will include frequent and accurate project communication with procurement & production planning and generating weekly status reports for the project team’s review. This position will take care of coordination and communication with project teams across (2) locations – Logan, UT and Santa Clara, CA as well as external vendors. Projects vary in scale and involve Single Use Technology (SUT) bioprocess equipment, automation, and systems integration. In this position, you work closely with the project managers and are responsible for the preparation, maintenance and implementation of customer project schedules for successful project delivery.
